Data Deletion Request

PaidSync.ai allows you to delete your account and all associated data at any time. When you delete your account, we permanently remove all your personal information, connected ad platform tokens, API keys, and usage history from our systems.

Delete from your Dashboard

If you are logged in, you can delete your account directly:

Log in to your PaidSync Dashboard
Go to Settings in the sidebar
Scroll down to the Danger Zone section
Click Delete Account
Type "DELETE" to confirm

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Email us

If you are unable to access your account or prefer to request deletion manually, send an email to:

support@paidsync.ai

Include the email address associated with your PaidSync account. We will process your request and delete all your data within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the following:

Your profile information (name, email, photo)
Connected ad platform accounts and OAuth tokens (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Your API key and MCP connection data
Usage history and billing records
Notification preferences and account settings

Note: Deleting your PaidSync account does not revoke access granted to third-party ad platforms. To fully disconnect, we recommend also removing PaidSync from your Google Account permissions and Meta Business integrations.
