Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Advanced Technology Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, which operates the PaidSync.ai service (“PaidSync”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use PaidSync.ai. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. PaidSync.ai cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the PaidSync.ai service. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from PaidSync.ai. Automated abuse, scraping, or interference with the platform is strictly prohibited.

3. Billing & Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade or downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

4. Cancellation

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted. PaidSync.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

PaidSync.ai shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of the service. In no event shall PaidSync.ai's total liability exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via email or through the service. Your continued use of PaidSync.ai after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may cancel your account.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Profile > Delete Account. On the day you submit a deletion request, your account is suspended, you are signed out, and you are removed from all marketing email lists. A confirmation email is sent to your registered address.

You have 30 days to cancel the deletion by signing back in to your account. After 30 days, the deletion is permanent. The hard-purge removes all account data, connected ad-platform OAuth connections, and your authentication record from our systems. Your Stripe subscription is cancelled at the same time; no refund is issued for any unused portion of a paid billing period.

If you own a team workspace, you must transfer ownership to another member or remove all active members before you can submit a deletion request. Sole-owner accounts with active team members cannot be deleted until the workspace is wound down.

Certain records are kept after deletion as required by law. Pseudonymized billing and usage records (your user identifier is stripped), with direct identifiers removed, are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. A deletion audit log is retained for 7 years for accountability. To request a copy of your data before deleting, email hello@paidsync.ai.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Wyoming, USA.
