A task is one request from your AI agent, whether Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, to PaidSync. Reading campaign data, pausing an ad, building an audience, or generating a report each counts as one task. Your monthly allowance resets every billing cycle.
Team plans share one task pool across every seat. Each seat adds 1,200 tasks a month, so 5 seats share 6,000 tasks and 50 seats share 60,000. Any member can draw from the pool, so a heavy week for one person is covered by the rest of the team.
Yes. Move up or down a plan, or add and remove Team seats, anytime from your billing page. Upgrades apply right away and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
On Pro you can buy more tasks at $0.33 a task, or move to a higher tier. On Team, the owner or an admin can buy extra tasks at $0.05 a task, or turn on automatic top-up with a monthly limit. Automatic top-up is off until they turn it on. The Free plan stops at 15 tasks a month with no top-up, so nothing runs until the next reset.
