PaidSync has four plans. Free is $0 with 15 tasks a month, Pro starts at $99 a month for 600 tasks (1,200 for $149, 4,000 for $199, one seat), Team starts at $249 a month for 5 seats sharing 6,000 tasks, and Done For You is a fully managed service at custom pricing. You pay for usage, not for seats you do not need and not a percentage of your ad spend.
This page exists for diligence. If you are evaluating PaidSync for an agency or an in-house team, you should be able to see the whole ladder, understand exactly what a task is, and run the math for your own workload before you talk to anyone. All of that is below, including the parts that do not flatter us.
One subscription covers all 14 platforms and all 470+ tools. There are no platform add-ons and no per-connector fees. The only variable is how many tasks you get each month.
| Plan | Monthly price | Allowance per month | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 15 tasks | 1 |
| Pro | $99 | 600 tasks | 1 |
| Pro | $149 | 1,200 tasks | 1 |
| Pro | $199 | 4,000 tasks | 1 |
| Team | $249 | 6,000 shared tasks | 5 |
| Team | $749 | 18,000 shared tasks | 15 |
| Team | $999 | 36,000 shared tasks | 30 |
| Team | $1,999 | 60,000 shared tasks | 50 |
| Done For You | Custom | Fully managed service | Custom |
Two structural notes. Pro is strictly one seat, so the moment two people need their own logins you are on Team. And Team math is simple: every seat adds 1,200 tasks a month to one shared pool, which is why 5 seats carry 6,000 tasks and 50 seats carry 60,000. Any member can draw from the pool, so one person's heavy week is covered by the rest of the team's quiet one. Above 50 seats, that is an Enterprise conversation.
A task is one complete action your AI assistant carries out through PaidSync. Pulling a campaign performance report is one task. Pausing an underperforming ad is one task. Creating a GA4 conversion event and linking it to Google Ads in one prompt is one task. Reads and writes cost the same, and one task against Google Ads (140+ tools) costs the same as one task against Meta (81 tools) or GA4 (26 tools). The allowance resets every billing cycle.
This is the per-task model. It is different from the two dominant alternatives in ad tech. Per-seat pricing charges for logins regardless of work done. Percent-of-spend pricing grows your fee when your ad budget grows, even when the actual work stays identical. Per-task billing tracks the work itself. A quiet month costs the base plan. A busy month costs top-ups at $0.05 per task. The bill follows the work, not the headcount or the media budget. Full detail on how bulk write operations behave is in the bulk operations docs.
On Pro and Team, auto top-up keeps everything running at $0.05 per extra task. Blowing through your allowance by 1,000 tasks costs $50, not a frozen account mid-optimization. If top-ups become a habit, the next tier up is almost always cheaper: 600 extra tasks at top-up rates is $30, while moving from the $99 tier to the $149 tier buys those 600 tasks for $50 and removes the ceiling anxiety. Run the numbers both ways.
Free is the exception. It stops cold at 15 tasks with no top-up option, and nothing runs until the monthly reset. That is deliberate. Free exists to let you connect an account and feel the product, not to run a business on.
Pay yearly on Pro and you get twelve months for the price of ten: $999 a year for the 600-task tier, $1,490 for 1,200 tasks, $2,000 for 4,000 tasks. Team annual billing takes roughly 20 percent off, for example $2,399 a year for the 5-seat tier. Monthly billing carries no penalty beyond forgoing that discount, and you can cancel any plan from your billing page and keep access through the end of the period.
Here is a realistic month for a small agency running three client accounts through an AI assistant, using deliberately unheroic assumptions.
| Activity | Math | Tasks per month |
|---|---|---|
| Morning performance check, every workday | 2 tasks × 3 clients × 22 days | 132 |
| Weekly optimization block (search terms, negatives, bids, ad copy) | 15 tasks × 3 clients × 4 weeks | 180 |
| Month-end client reporting | 10 tasks × 3 clients | 30 |
| Total | 342 |
That agency lands at roughly 342 tasks, comfortably inside the 600-task Pro tier at $99, which works out to about $33 per client per month for the tool layer with 40 percent headroom left for a messy week. Add a fourth and fifth client at the same intensity and you cross 500 tasks, at which point the 1,200-task tier at $149 is the calm choice. The moment a second account manager needs their own login, the answer stops being a bigger Pro tier and becomes Team at $249 for 5 seats, because Pro is one seat by design.
A founder running their own Google and Meta accounts by asking an AI assistant a few times a week uses far less than most people guess. A launch month might burn 40 tasks building campaigns, then steady state looks like three check-in sessions a week at 3 tasks each, roughly 40 tasks a month. That fits laughably inside the 600-task Pro tier at $99, and the honest observation is that the Free plan's 15 tasks cover about one real working session, which is exactly what it is for.
The picture inverts when the human stops being the trigger. An autonomous agent that checks accounts every hour runs 720 sessions a month, and at 2 to 3 tasks per session that is 1,440 to 2,160 tasks. That workload is what the 4,000-task tier at $199 exists for. The variable that decides your tier is not how much you spend on ads, it is how often something (you or an agent) actually touches the account.
Ad tech generally bills one of three ways, and the model shapes your incentives more than the sticker price does.
Per-seat pricing. Predictable, easy to budget, and completely disconnected from work done. A ten-person team pays for ten licenses even if two people touch the ads. You end up rationing logins instead of rationing work.
Percent of ad spend. The classic agency and managed-service model. The fee automatically grows as your budget grows, even when the workload does not. Scaling a winning campaign from $10k to $50k a month multiplies the fee five times for what is often the same weekly routine.
Pay for usage (PaidSync's model). The bill tracks tasks completed, so it follows the work itself. A quiet month costs the base subscription and a heavy month costs top-ups at $0.05 a task. The trade-off is that it is the least predictable of the three if your agents run hot, which is why the worked examples above matter more than the sticker price.
We are obviously not neutral here, so judge the model by behavior instead of by this page: PaidSync signed six paying agencies in its first four days of charging in May 2026, and the pattern in those deals was agencies mapping task volume to client count exactly like the three-client example above.
PaidSync has four plans. Free is $0 with 15 tasks a month. Pro starts at $99 a month for 600 tasks, with 1,200 tasks for $149 and 4,000 tasks for $199, all single seat. Team starts at $249 a month for 5 seats sharing 6,000 tasks and runs up to $1,999 a month for 50 seats sharing 60,000 tasks. Done For You is a fully managed service with custom pricing. Current prices are always at paidsync.ai/pricing.
A task is one complete action your AI assistant carries out through PaidSync. Pulling a campaign performance report is one task. Pausing an underperforming ad is one task. Creating a conversion event and linking it to Google Ads is one task. Reads and writes cost the same, and any of the 470+ tools across 14 platforms costs one task per use.
On paid plans, auto top-up keeps you running at $0.05 per extra task, or you can move up a tier. So 1,000 tasks over your allowance costs $50, not a stalled account. The Free plan has no top-up. It stops at 15 tasks and nothing runs until the next monthly reset.
No. Your monthly allowance resets every billing cycle. A quiet month does not bank tasks for a busy one. If your usage swings a lot, the honest play is the tier that covers your busy months, since top-up at $0.05 per task covers occasional spikes.
Team plans share one task pool across every seat. Each seat adds 1,200 tasks a month, so 5 seats share 6,000 tasks and 50 seats share 60,000. Any member can draw from the pool, so a heavy week for one person is covered by the rest of the team.
No. Your ad budget goes to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and the other platforms directly, exactly as it does today. PaidSync charges for the tool layer only, and the fee does not grow when your ad spend grows. That is a deliberate difference from percent-of-spend pricing.
Yes. Move up or down a plan, or add and remove Team seats, anytime from your billing page. Upgrades apply right away with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Done For You is the fully managed service. The PaidSync team sets up your AI agents and automations, builds and runs your campaigns, and manages your ad accounts end to end. Pricing is custom to your scope. Start at paidsync.ai/book-demo and it gets scoped together.
