Why PaidSync.ai for Meta Ads

  • 83 Meta tools34 of them make changes, across campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, audiences, pixels and lead forms.
  • Facebook and Instagram togetherInstagram ads run through the same Meta ad account, so one connection covers both, with results split by placement.
  • Previews before changesCreating, updating and pausing show a preview by default, and deleting needs an explicit confirmation.
  • No developer setupSign in on Meta's own Facebook screen. There is no API key and no Meta developer app to create.

What PaidSync.ai can and cannot do on Meta Ads

What it can do

  • Read results. Campaign, ad set and ad performance, split by placement, device, age and gender, country and time.
  • Build. Campaigns, ad sets, ads and creatives (image, video, carousel and dynamic creative), all paused by default.
  • Run what exists. Names, budgets, status, targeting, bidding and placements, plus pause and enable at all three levels and budget schedules.
  • Work with audiences. Custom, lookalike and engagement audiences, and interest and behavior search for targeting.
  • Track and research. Pixel events, custom conversions, delivery issues, lead forms and Meta Ad Library search.
  • Automate. Create automated rules. Meta runs them on its own and they show in Ads Manager.
  • Delete. Campaigns, ad sets, ads and audiences, after an explicit confirmation.

What it cannot do

  • One object per call. A change across forty ad sets is forty approved tasks, or one automated rule.
  • No fatigue report. There is no dedicated creative fatigue tool, so your assistant compares frequency and click-through across two date ranges.
  • Advantage+ creative is not exposed. Audience expansion is a parameter on ad sets. The automatic text, music and template enhancements are not switches.
  • Catalogs are read, not built. Catalog sales campaigns and collection creatives are not created.
  • Interests are targeting. Interests and behaviors are ad set targeting, not saved custom audiences.
  • Uploads apply at once. Image and video uploads have no preview.
  • Meta's limits still apply. For example, 4 budget changes an hour on one ad set.
  • Some tasks are Claude only. Customer list uploads and lead downloads are offered in Claude, not in ChatGPT.
  • No organic. No posting, Page management or comment moderation.

How it works in three steps

Nothing to install and no developer setup. Connect once and run your first report in minutes.

  1. Add PaidSync.ai to your AI assistant

Add it from Claude's connector directory or the ChatGPT app, or paste the address below into any assistant that lets you add a connector.

    https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcp
  2. Sign in with Facebook

Connect Meta Ads with the Facebook login that manages your ads. Meta's own consent screen opens, so PaidSync.ai never sees your Facebook password. Agencies can use a Meta System User token instead.

  3. Pick the ad account, then ask

If your login reaches several ad accounts, say which one, for example "Work on my Acme Store ad account". Picking an account uses none of your tasks.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Meta developer app?

No. You sign in to PaidSync.ai and connect Meta on Meta's own Facebook sign-in screen. There is no API key to copy and no Meta developer app to create. Agencies can connect with a Meta System User token instead.

Does it cover Instagram ads too?

Yes. Instagram ads run through the same Meta ad account, so one connection covers Facebook and Instagram placements. Your assistant can list the Instagram accounts linked to your Pages and split results by placement, such as Feed, Reels and Stories.

Can it create Meta campaigns, or only read reports?

It can create. It builds campaigns, ad sets, ads and creatives, and starts them paused by default. It also updates, pauses, enables and duplicates what already runs, and creates audiences, lead forms and automated rules. Each call works on one object, there is no organic posting or Page management, and catalog sales campaigns are not built.

Is it safe to give an AI write access to a Meta ad account?

Meta create, update and pause tools show a preview by default, and deleting needs an explicit confirmation. In the PaidSync.ai workspace every change waits as an approval card. From your own assistant, its confirmation prompt is the check, so keep it on for tools that change ads.

Is it free?

You can start free. The Free plan includes 15 tasks a month with no credit card and no time limit. Paid plans add more tasks and seats, and every plan includes all 14 platforms. A task is one request from your AI assistant to PaidSync.ai. The pricing section above has the plans.

How is it different from Meta's own ads MCP server?

Meta runs its own server. Its developer documentation, checked on 16 October 2026, describes it as "a Meta-hosted Model Context Protocol server that lets you manage Meta ads directly from an AI agent". If you only advertise on Meta, start there. PaidSync.ai fits when Meta is one of several channels: 83 Meta tools and 13 more platforms in one connection, with a preview by default on Meta changes.
