Can PaidSync.ai create Pinterest campaigns?
No. PaidSync.ai works on Pinterest campaigns that already run. Your assistant can pause and enable campaigns, change spend caps and names, and change ad group status, budget, bid, bid strategy and name. New campaigns, ad groups, ads and Pins are made in Pinterest Ads Manager.
What Pinterest Ads data can my assistant see?
Your campaigns, ad groups and ads with their status, budgets and bids, plus campaign performance for a date range you choose: spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and checkout value. Performance is reported at campaign level.
Do I need a Pinterest developer app?
No. You add PaidSync.ai to your assistant, sign in, ask it to connect Pinterest Ads and allow access on Pinterest's own screen. PaidSync.ai never sees your Pinterest password.
Is there an official Pinterest MCP server?
Pinterest announced its own MCP server on 17 June 2026 with a group of alpha partners (Pinterest newsroom), and its developer page still offers sign-up for launch updates, checked on 30 September 2026. Is it safe to let an assistant change a live Pinterest account?
The update tools for budgets, bids and settings preview a change as a dry run by default and read it back from Pinterest after it applies. Every change also shows in Pinterest Ads Manager, where you can reverse it. In the PaidSync.ai workspace, by default, every change is an approval card.
