What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard, originally introduced by Anthropic, that lets AI assistants connect to external tools and take real actions inside them. Instead of an AI just describing what to do, an MCP server gives it the actual hands. PaidSync is an MCP server for ad platforms. When you ask Claude or ChatGPT to pause an underperforming campaign, PaidSync executes the change inside Google Ads.
Who uses PaidSync?

In early May 2026, PaidSync acquired 6 paying clients in 4 days. Every one of them found the product through organic AI engine citations. They asked ChatGPT or Perplexity for an AI tool to manage their ad accounts, the engine cited PaidSync, they signed up. No outbound sales, no paid acquisition, no influencer endorsements. We believe this is one of the first B2B SaaS examples where customer acquisition is happening on the same AI search surface that is reshaping the broader buyer journey.
Is PaidSync funded?
PaidSync is bootstrapped. Ahmed Ashraf self-funded the build using earnings from his prior decade in paid media. The company is profitable on a per-customer basis from the first paid plan and has no outside investors at this time.
