Enterprise AI for paid media needs sign-in and roles, approvals before changes, a record of every live change and limits on spend, and PaidSync.ai has all four today. It uses OAuth 2.0, four roles, approval cards, a change log and a daily spend ceiling, across 14 platforms and 630+ tools. It also lists plainly what is not built yet, such as a SIEM export and an independent audit, so your review starts from facts.
A review team does not ask what the AI can do. It asks what the AI can be stopped from doing. PaidSync.ai answers with five controls:
Roles come in four levels, viewer, editor, admin and owner, and viewers can only read.Approval cards hold every change in the workspace until a person approves it.A change log records each live change with the user, the account, the tool and a before-and-after outcome.Spend ceilings come from the Brand Brief and queue any budget above the daily limit for approval.Encrypted tokens protect platform access with AES-256-GCM, and PaidSync.ai never asks for a platform password. The same endpoint also works inside Copilot Studio, Claude Enterprise and your own agents.

| Change control | Approval cards by default, dry run on Google Ads creates, and explicit confirms on pauses, removals and budget updates |
| Logs | A change log per live change, and admin audit logs kept 400 days, with no CSV, SIEM or webhook export yet |
| Hosting | Google Cloud Run and Firestore in Iowa, United States |
| Contracts | A data processing agreement with the Standard Contractual Clauses |
| Independent audit | None completed yet |
Two details catch people out. The workspace spend ceiling and approval cards do not apply to calls from your own assistant, where the assistant's setting decides. And Enterprise engagements are custom builds for teams spending over $1M a year, quoted after a call.
These steps give a security team something concrete to test before any contract.
Open the security page. It lists what is enforced in code and what is not built yet, so you start from facts.
Email your security questionnaire to support@paidsync.ai. Written answers come within two business days.
Connect one ad account at paidsync.ai and keep every agent in observe or propose while your team looks.
Let an agent propose a change, approve it by hand and read the change log entry it leaves.
For custom agents, spend ceilings and multi-account routing, book a consultation. You work with the founder directly.
Ask the agent for its own log and compare it with what your team approved. The two should match change for change.
For how the agents work day to day, see PaidSync.ai Ads Agents.
For the Enterprise offer itself, see PaidSync.ai Enterprise.
