What PaidSync Does Today
PaidSync is one MCP endpoint that connects an AI assistant to your ad accounts. You chat with Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP client, and the assistant reads your data and makes changes through PaidSync's tools. There are 430+ tools live across 13 platforms as of August 1, 2026. Access is not uniform across platforms, and that difference is the most important thing to understand before buying.

How writes are gated
Giving an AI write access to accounts that spend real money deserves suspicion, so the gating is the part we built first. Any write can run as a dry run, which shows exactly what would change without changing it. Destructive actions require an explicit confirm flag on top of that. You can revoke a session at any time. There is no mode where the assistant spends money without a human-approved instruction. For teams that want scheduled, repeatable work, the ads agents run on the same gated tools.
Under the hood, the server ships the standard agent-era plumbing: OAuth discovery endpoints per RFC 8414 and RFC 9728, a published security.txt, an MCP server card, agent-auth.json, and Content-Signal. If your security team asks how an AI connects to your ad accounts, there is a concrete spec-level answer.
What PaidSync Does Not Do
The limits, from us, before you find them yourself
- No campaign creation on five platforms. TikTok, Microsoft, Snapchat, Reddit, and Pinterest are manage-and-optimize only. You can edit, pause, budget, and optimize existing campaigns, but new campaigns still start in the native ads manager.
- Search Console is read-only. Six tools, data out only. That is a Google API boundary, not a tier limit.
- The ChatGPT Ads connector is connect plus reporting. ChatGPT self-serve advertising is weeks old, and we scoped the connector to what the platform reliably supports. It does not manage campaigns.
- The free tier is 15 calls a month. Enough to connect an account, run an audit, and see how it works. Not enough to operate on. Real use starts at Pro.
- The grader page is a preview, not an account-connected product. It does not connect to your ad account today. If you find a writeup presenting it as a working grader, that writeup is ahead of reality.
- PaidSync is not a standalone app. It works through an AI assistant. If nobody on your team uses Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP client, there is nothing here for you yet.
- It is not an autopilot. Writes wait for approval by design. If you want software that spends without asking, that is a different product, and we think a worse one.

One honest note on the call model: a call is a tool call, not a conversation. A deep account audit can use a handful of calls in one chat. Heavy daily use across many accounts lands in the upper Pro steps or Team. If you cannot estimate your volume, start free, watch the meter, then pick.

Who Should Not Buy PaidSync

You need to launch campaigns on TikTok, Microsoft, Snapchat, Reddit, or Pinterest from chat. We do not create campaigns there today. Do not buy PaidSync expecting it.
Nobody on your team uses an AI assistant. PaidSync only works through one. Adopt the assistant first, then the connector.
You want a no-approval autopilot. Our writes are gated on purpose. If hands-off spend is the requirement, we are the wrong choice.

Yes. PaidSync is an MCP server, so it works with any AI assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Claude Code. You connect your ad accounts once, then run reporting and campaign work from the assistant you already use. Without an AI assistant, PaidSync has no standalone interface for running your ads.
Can PaidSync create TikTok or Microsoft Ads campaigns?
No. On TikTok, Microsoft, Snapchat, Reddit, and Pinterest, PaidSync manages and optimizes existing campaigns but does not create new ones. Full campaign creation is available on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn only, as of August 1, 2026.
