PaidSync connects Google Merchant Center to Gemini via MCP. Gemini gets live access to product listings, disapproval reasons, feed health, and Shopping performance data.
Setup time: 2 minutes. Free plan available. No credit card required.
PaidSync joins Gemini as a custom app, or through Gemini CLI, Antigravity or Gemini Enterprise. No API key is needed, because Gemini connects with a PaidSync sign-in (OAuth).
Before you start
Gemini app, personal account. Open gemini.google.com, go to Settings, then Connected Apps (if you do not see it, open Personal Intelligence first), and under Custom apps choose Add a custom app. Paste the PaidSync server URL and click Next. PaidSync registers itself, so there is no API key to copy and nothing to fill in under Advanced features.
https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcpAdd it on the web once and it works in the Gemini mobile app too. Google limits custom apps to personal Google accounts, age 18 and over, in the US, in English, with Keep Activity turned on. A work or school account cannot add them, so use Gemini Enterprise below instead.
Gemini CLI. Run the command, then type /mcp auth paidsync and sign in with your PaidSync login. Google replaced Gemini CLI with Antigravity CLI for unpaid-tier and Google One users on 18 June 2026, so those accounts use Antigravity below.
gemini mcp add --transport http paidsync https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcpGemini Code Assist agent mode in VS Code reads the same settings file as Gemini CLI. Add this to ~/.gemini/settings.json:
{
"mcpServers": {
"paidsync": { "httpUrl": "https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcp" }
}
}Antigravity uses a different key. Open the agent panel menu, choose MCP Servers, then Manage MCP Servers and View raw config, or edit ~/.gemini/config/mcp_config.json, and add the server with serverUrl. Antigravity signs in by dynamic client registration on its own:
{
"mcpServers": {
"paidsync": { "serverUrl": "https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcp" }
}
}Gemini Enterprise, Business edition. A team admin adds PaidSync under Settings and help, then Manage team, then Connected apps, then Add MCP Server. PaidSync serves the Streamable HTTP transport Gemini requires and OAuth 2.0 at https://api.paidsync.ai/authorize and https://api.paidsync.ai/token. Email support@paidsync.ai for the client credentials that form asks for.
The PaidSync sign-in screen opens. Pick Continue with Google, or sign in with your PaidSync email and password. A PaidSync screen then asks whether to allow access to your ad accounts via PaidSync. Press Approve and PaidSync is ready in Gemini.
New to PaidSync and signing in with Google? Your free account (15 tasks a month, no credit card) is created when you press Approve.
In a chat, ask: "Connect my Merchant Center." Gemini replies with a link that opens Google's own sign-in and consent screen. Sign in with the Google account that has access to your Merchant Center and approve access. PaidSync asks Google for the content scope, which covers reads and the product and feed changes you ask for. PaidSync never sees your Google password.
Come back and ask: "List my Merchant Center accounts." Gemini uses list_merchant_accounts to show them, sub-accounts under a multi-client account included, and set_active_merchant_account to pick the one you name. Connecting accounts and picking one uses none of your tasks. Then try: "Which issues are disapproving the most products?" You can also connect Merchant Center from the PaidSync dashboard instead. Both routes use the same PaidSync login, so Gemini sees the account either way.
Free plan includes 15 tasks per month. Pro plans from $99/month for daily use.
Start Free See a DemoGoogle runs an official Merchant Center MCP server in alpha since May 2026, limited to reads and low-risk changes such as creating data sources (13 tools). PaidSync gives you 16 Merchant Center tools next to your Google Ads Shopping campaigns in one chat, and can insert, update and delete products, add supplemental feeds and link Google Ads when you ask. PaidSync talks to Google's Merchant API directly, returning structured product data that Gemini can reason over and act on.
That means Gemini can not only list your disapprovals, it can tell you which disapproved products are currently blocking impressions in your Shopping campaigns, how many SKUs are affected by each policy reason, and what the fix is, all in a single conversation.
Each prompt runs on the PaidSync tools named after it and uses one or more of your tasks. Prompt 8 changes your account. The others read and change nothing.
list_product_issues, which returns each issue's code, severity, destination, country, number of affected products and Google's fix instructions.list_product_issues.get_merchant_account_status.merchant_list_links.get_product_performance, which returns clicks, impressions, CTR, conversions and conversion value for up to 1,000 products. Merchant Center reports run one to two days behind.list_products, which returns each product's title, brand, price, availability, condition and feed label.merchant_list_data_sources.merchant_create_supplemental_feed. Merchant Center changes apply on the first call with no preview, so check each change before you apply it.list_merchant_accounts, then set_active_merchant_account, and every Merchant Center request after that goes to the account you picked. Switching uses none of your tasks.paidsync_context first. It returns your connected platforms and the full tool list, Merchant Center included, and Gemini then runs those tools through paidsync_exec. If Gemini does not use PaidSync at all, check that the connector is added and enabled.In the Gemini app on a personal Google Account, open Settings, then Connected Apps, choose Add a custom app and paste https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcp. Gemini CLI, Antigravity and Gemini Enterprise take the same endpoint, and step 1 covers each. Sign in to PaidSync and press Approve, then ask Gemini to connect your Google Merchant Center account. No API key is needed. Full steps are above.

Gemini can query product listings, disapproval reasons, feed status, account-level issues, and Shopping performance data. It can list all disapproved products, filter by disapproval type, and surface affected item IDs.
Gemini can identify all disapprovals with item IDs and reasons. For bulk attribute fixes, PaidSync supports write operations. Check each change before you tell Gemini to apply it.
Yes. PaidSync connects both Merchant Center and Google Ads in the same tool set. Gemini can compare feed health to Shopping campaign spend in one conversation, showing which disapprovals are blocking live ad delivery.
Yes. PaidSync is one endpoint, https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcp, with OAuth sign-in, and the same login works in Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot through Copilot Studio, Cursor and Windsurf. Set up PaidSync once and use it from any of them.
PaidSync has its own pricing: the free plan is $0 for 15 tasks a month with no card, and Pro starts at $99 a month. Which Gemini surface you can use depends on your Google account, as step 1 explains.
That is set in Gemini. Check each change before you tell Gemini to apply it. PaidSync's Merchant Center writes have no dry run and apply on the first call, and product and link deletes need no confirm flag, so keep that prompt on for write tools.
