One form, six real placements.
Every platform has its own ad layout. Meta Feed truncates headlines around 40 characters. LinkedIn shows description text under the image card. TikTok places the CTA above the action rail with sponsored copy. Google Search joins three headlines with a vertical bar and shows the descriptions in two lines.
This tool renders each surface with the actual spacing, font weight, color, and truncation behavior the platform uses, so you see your ad the way a user will see it before you spend a dollar.

Ad preview questions, answered.
What is an ad preview tool?
An ad preview tool renders your ad copy and creative in the layout each platform actually shows users. Instead of guessing how your headline, image, and CTA will look on Meta Feed versus LinkedIn versus TikTok, you see the real layout before launching the campaign.
Does Google Ads have a preview tool?
Google Ads has Ad Preview and Diagnosis in the Tools menu, but it requires a campaign already running. For pre-launch creative review, third-party tools like this one let you preview the ad layout before any campaign exists, useful for client approvals and team feedback.
How do I preview a Facebook or Instagram ad before publishing?
Inside Ads Manager, the Preview link in the right sidebar shows the current ad across placements once the ad is built. For earlier review during drafting, paste your primary text, headline, image URL, and CTA into a preview tool and switch placements to see Feed, Reels, and Stories layouts side by side.
What dimensions should my ad image be?
Feed placements (Meta Feed, LinkedIn) work best at 1.91:1 or 1:1 ratio. Vertical placements (Meta Reels, TikTok, Stories) need 9:16. Google Display responsive ads accept 1.91:1, 1:1, and square crops. Always upload the highest-resolution version, platforms downscale automatically.
How many characters should my ad headline have?
Meta headlines truncate around 40 characters on mobile feed. LinkedIn headlines show up to 70 characters before truncation. Google Search responsive ads accept three 30-character headlines. TikTok ad captions allow up to 100 characters before See more cuts the text.
Can I export the preview as an image?
Yes. Each preview surface has a Download PNG button that exports the current canvas as a high-resolution image. Useful for sending mocks to clients, dropping into Slack threads, or attaching to creative review documents.
