To have AI monitor your ad accounts, connect them to PaidSync.ai and turn on its cloud agents, which check your accounts on a schedule you set, from hourly to monthly, and flag problems such as falling ROAS, wasted spend and spend spikes. The agents run in the PaidSync.ai cloud, so you do not need a chat window open for them to look. By default each fix arrives as an approval card, and nothing changes until you approve it.
Most accounts are only checked when someone has time. PaidSync.ai ships ready-made agents that check for you. Five of them cover the usual trouble:
ROAS Guardian watches ROAS daily and, when it falls below your threshold, works out why: creative fatigue, an auction shift or tracking.Wasted Spend Hunter scans daily for campaigns, ad sets or keywords that burn budget at zero or poor conversions.Anomaly Responder scans all platforms daily for stopped delivery, collapsed conversions, CPA spikes and spend spikes.Budget Pacer checks pacing daily and flags a platform whose spend runs more than 15% above or below the same days earlier.Creative Fatigue Watcher reads Meta and TikTok creatives for rising frequency and falling click-through.Each agent finds the problem. Only you decide what changes.
| Agent | What it checks | Platforms |
|---|---|---|
| ROAS Guardian | ROAS against the threshold you set | Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok |
| Wasted Spend Hunter | Spend with zero or poor conversions | Google, Meta |
| Anomaly Responder | Delivery, conversions, CPA and spend | All connected platforms |
| Budget Pacer | Month-to-date spend against the expected pace | Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok |
| Creative Fatigue Watcher | Frequency, click-through and creative health | Meta, TikTok |
Two details catch people out. An agent checks when its schedule fires, so it is not a live feed. And the Agents area in the workspace is labelled beta, so read its first runs before you rely on them.
These steps use the PaidSync.ai workspace, where the agents run. The same account also works from Claude and ChatGPT.
Sign up at paidsync.ai, then connect each ad platform on its own sign-in screen. You never give PaidSync.ai a platform password.
Choose your brand and open Agents. Thirteen ready-made agents are listed, and each one shows the platforms it reads.
Enable ROAS Guardian, Wasted Spend Hunter and Anomaly Responder. Together they cover falling returns, money with no return and sudden breaks.
ROAS Guardian compares ROAS with a floor you set, and the default is 2. Cloud agents run on your schedule, hourly to monthly, on the Pro and Team plans.
Every proposal arrives as a card with what changes, why and the result to expect. Approve it and it runs through the live API. Reject it and nothing happens.
Open a finished run in the workspace and read the reasoning behind each card. You can also ask your assistant for the run history, and it reads the same record.
Compare the first week of runs with the second. A good agent flags less each week, because the problems it found are fixed.
The full control list is on the security page. For the agent pages, see PaidSync.ai Ads Agents.
Yes. Turn on the PaidSync.ai agents and they check your account on a schedule, flag falling ROAS, wasted spend and spend spikes, and propose a fix as an approval card.
Not as a live feed. Each agent runs on a schedule from hourly to monthly, and the ready-made ones mostly run daily or weekly. They run in the cloud, so they do not need you online.
Not by default. In the PaidSync.ai workspace every change is an approval card. An admin or owner can let an agent act on its own, inside the limits they set.
The ready-made agents read Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Merchant Center. Each agent lists its own platforms.
PaidSync.ai is free for 15 tasks a month with no card. Cloud agents run on Pro, from $99 a month, and on Team, from $249 a month for 5 seats. See pricing.
PaidSync.ai runs 630+ tools across 14 ad and analytics platforms. Connect your accounts once and use them in the AI assistant you already work in.
