To run Facebook Ads for many clients with AI, connect each client's Meta ad account to PaidSync.ai, then ask Claude or ChatGPT to list the accounts and switch to the one you want to work in. Every report and change then runs on that one client. PaidSync.ai covers Meta Business Manager and Google Ads in the same chat, so an agency can check Facebook, Instagram and Google results for each client without changing tools.
Facebook Ads work repeats for every client: checking spend, spotting a tired ad, answering questions about results. Doing it one ad account at a time in Ads Manager is slow. PaidSync.ai gives Claude three tools for it:
list_fb_ad_accounts lists the Meta ad accounts you have connected, so every client is in one list.set_fb_ad_account points the chat at one client's ad account, and the requests after it run on that account.get_fb_performance returns spend and results for the campaigns in the account you chose. The first and third tools only read. Choosing an account changes where the chat points, not the account itself.
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
| list_fb_ad_accounts | Returns the Meta ad accounts you connected, so you can pick the client |
| set_fb_ad_account | Sets the ad account the next requests run on |
| get_fb_performance | Returns spend and results by campaign for the dates you pick |
Two details catch people out. Name the client each time you switch, because the active account decides what you see. And use the same dates for every client, so the numbers can be compared.
These steps use Claude. PaidSync.ai also works in ChatGPT, and the prompts are the same.
Sign up at paidsync.ai, then connect Meta Ads on Meta's own sign-in screen and pick the ad accounts you manage for clients.
Add PaidSync.ai from Claude's connector directory and sign in. Ask "list my Meta ad accounts" and choose the one to work in.
Ask Claude to set the active Meta ad account to that client's account. Check the account name in the reply before you go on.
Ask for get_fb_performance for the last 30 days. Look at spend, results and cost per result by campaign.
Switch to the next ad account and run the same request with the same dates. To change something, such as pausing an ad, ask for it and check the account name before you confirm.
Run the same request for each client with the same dates, then ask Claude to put the results in one table. The client whose cost per result moved most is the one to look at first.
Keep one client to a request unless you name each account, so a number is never credited to the wrong client.
Every Meta tool PaidSync.ai offers is on the Meta Ads MCP server page. For the full account review, see how to audit your Meta Ads account with AI.
Connect every client ad account to one tool and switch between them. With PaidSync.ai connected, ask Claude or ChatGPT to list your Meta ad accounts, pick a client and run the same report for each.
