To review negative keywords in Google Ads with Claude or ChatGPT, connect your Google Ads account to PaidSync.ai and ask the assistant to list my negative keywords, which shows what is already blocked at each level. The lists only read and include the resource names a removal would need.
Before you add more negatives, it helps to see what you have. Claude reads all three levels:
list_negative_keywords lists negative keywords at campaign and ad group level, each with its resource name.list_account_negative_keywords lists the account-level negatives in the shared Account Negatives list.list_shared_sets lists the shared negative keyword lists.list_negative_keywords, list_account_negative_keywords and list_shared_sets only read your account.
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
| list_negative_keywords | Shows campaign and ad group negatives |
| list_account_negative_keywords | Shows account-level negatives |
| list_shared_sets | Shows shared lists |
Look for conflicts. A negative that blocks a term you also bid on silently cuts that keyword's traffic, and a very old list can contain terms that no longer apply. Review before you add more.
These steps use Claude to review negative keywords. PaidSync.ai also works in ChatGPT, and the prompts are the same.
Sign up at paidsync.ai, then connect Google Ads on Google's own sign-in screen. There is no developer token and no Google Cloud project. Use the Google login that has access to the account where you want to review negative keywords.

Ask the assistant to list campaign, ad group, account-level and shared-list negatives.
Ask it to compare the negatives with your active keywords and flag any that would block them.
Decide which to remove. Removal is a separate, previewed step.
Run the search terms report after cleaning up and check that good queries now appear.
Use these two prompts to review negative keywords, in this order.
list_negative_keywords, list_account_negative_keywords and list_shared_sets only read the account, so nothing here edits a campaign.list_negative_keywords, list_account_negative_keywords and list_shared_sets work with a key that cannot change anything. Tokens are encrypted at rest.Every Google Ads tool PaidSync.ai offers is on the Google Ads MCP server page, including the tools used to review negative keywords.
In Google Ads, open the negative keywords page for each campaign and the shared library. With PaidSync.ai, ask Claude or ChatGPT to list them all and it returns them in one place.
It can. A negative that matches a keyword you bid on blocks that traffic, so compare the two lists.
Yes. PaidSync.ai connects Google Ads to ChatGPT and to Claude, and the same tools run in both, so you can ask it to review negative keywords the same way you would in Claude.
