To report on Google Search Console for agency clients with AI, connect Search Console to PaidSync.ai, ask Claude or ChatGPT to list the client sites, then pull clicks, impressions and queries for each one over the same dates. The assistant returns each result as a table, and you can ask it to compare two periods. PaidSync.ai reads GA4, Google Ads and Meta in the same chat, so search and paid results can sit side by side.
Search Console reporting for several clients means opening one site after another and exporting the same views each month. PaidSync.ai gives Claude three tools for it:
list_gsc_properties lists the Search Console sites you can access.get_gsc_search_analytics returns clicks, impressions, click-through rate and position for queries, pages, devices and countries.get_gsc_index_coverage returns submitted and indexed page counts for each sitemap, plus any sitemap errors. All three tools only read. Nothing in Search Console changes when you run a report.
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
| list_gsc_properties | Returns the sites your Google sign-in can reach |
| get_gsc_search_analytics | Returns clicks, impressions, click-through rate and position for the dates and split you pick |
| get_gsc_index_coverage | Returns submitted and indexed page counts per sitemap, with any errors |
Two details catch people out. Search Console data runs a few days behind, so end every period a few days before today. And pick the exact site, because a client can have a domain property and a URL-prefix property.
These steps use Claude. PaidSync.ai also works in ChatGPT, and the prompts are the same.
Sign up at paidsync.ai, then connect Search Console on Google's own sign-in screen.
Add PaidSync.ai from Claude's connector directory and sign in. Ask "list my Search Console sites" and choose the one to work in.
Ask Claude which site belongs to the client, and check the address in the reply before you go on.
Ask "Show clicks, impressions and average position by query for the last 28 days, top 20 by clicks."
Ask for the same view for the previous 28 days and for the change between them. Then run it on the next client site with the same dates.
A monthly client report usually answers one question: what moved. Ask for the pages and queries with the biggest change in clicks between two periods, and Claude returns them from the same data you would see in Search Console.
