To connect Snapchat Ads to Claude, add PaidSync from Claude's connector directory, sign in with OAuth, and ask Claude to connect your Snapchat Ads account. PaidSync is the pick because it acts as well as reads. Its 15 Snapchat Ads tools report on your campaigns and pause, enable and change budgets and settings on existing campaigns and ad squads, while Snap's own Snapchat Ads MCP Server is read-only in its current release (checked 30 Sep 2026). PaidSync does not create new Snapchat campaigns.
Setup time: 2 minutes. Free for 15 tasks, no credit card required. One endpoint, https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcp, carries 610+ tools across 14 platforms.
This is the route through Claude's connector directory. No API key is needed, because Claude connects with a PaidSync sign-in (OAuth).
Before you start
Open PaidSync in the Claude connector directory and click Connect. Or, in claude.ai or the Claude Desktop app, open Customize, then Connectors, click + next to Connectors, search PaidSync, and click Connect.
Sign in with your PaidSync login. That OAuth sign-in is what lets Claude apply changes. Connectors work on every Claude plan, including Free.
Using Claude Code instead? Run claude mcp add --transport http paidsync https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcp, then type /mcp inside a session to sign in.
On a client with no directory, add PaidSync as a custom connector with the server URL instead (on a Team or Enterprise plan, only an Owner can add one):
https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcpSave it, then sign in with your PaidSync login when Claude asks.
The PaidSync sign-in screen opens. Pick Continue with Google, or sign in with your PaidSync email and password. A PaidSync screen then asks whether to allow Claude to manage your ad accounts via PaidSync. Press Approve and Claude shows PaidSync as connected.
New to PaidSync and signing in with Google? Your free account (15 tasks, no credit card) is created when you press Approve. The screen also mentions ad accounts already connected inside PaidSync. On a new account that list is empty until you finish step 3.
In any chat, ask: "Connect my Snapchat Ads." Claude replies with a link that opens Snapchat's own sign-in and consent screen. Log in with the Snapchat account that can open your ad accounts at business.snapchat.com, and allow access. PaidSync never sees your Snapchat password.
Come back and ask: "List my Snapchat ad accounts." Claude uses list_snapchat_accounts to show every ad account your login can open, across organizations, and set_active_snapchat_account to pick the one you name. Connecting accounts and picking one uses none of your tasks. Then try: "Show me my Snapchat campaigns and their status." You can also connect Snapchat Ads from the PaidSync workspace instead. Both routes use the same PaidSync login, so Claude sees the account either way.
PaidSync has 15 Snapchat Ads tools. They cover sign-in and account picking, reading, and managing campaigns that already run.
What PaidSync can do
What PaidSync cannot do
Budget, bid and setting changes preview as a dry run by default, and PaidSync reads each change back from Snapchat after it applies. In the PaidSync workspace, by default, every change is an approval card.
Each prompt runs on the PaidSync tools named after it and uses one or more of your tasks. Budget, bid and setting changes preview as a dry run by default.
list_snapchat_campaigns, which returns each campaign's ID, name, status and objective.list_snapchat_campaigns to find the campaign, then get_snapchat_performance by day.pause_snapchat_campaign. enable_snapchat_campaign turns it back on.update_snapchat_campaign_budget, which previews by default.list_snapchat_adsquads, then update_snapchat_adsquad, which previews by default. It changes what already runs. Snap's own Snapchat Ads MCP Server is read-only in its current release, and Snap says write access is planned for a future release (checked 30 Sep 2026). PaidSync's 15 Snapchat tools already pause and enable campaigns and change budgets, bids and settings on existing campaigns and ad squads.
Every change is checked. Update tools preview by default. After a change applies, PaidSync reads the campaign or ad squad back from Snapchat and reports any campaign budget, status, name or ad squad bid that did not land.
One connection, 14 platforms. Snapchat rarely runs alone. The same PaidSync sign-in covers 610+ tools across 14 platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, so Claude can put Snapchat next to Meta or TikTok in one chat.
Snap's own sign-in. PaidSync connects through Snap's OAuth screen with the Marketing API scope, so it never sees your Snapchat password. PaidSync is a Google Partner, Meta verified and a TikTok Marketing Partner.
Each line below comes from the provider's own page, checked on 30 Sep 2026.
This guide is for the Claude app. In Claude Code the same PaidSync connection is one command, and the Claude Code setup page covers the shared .mcp.json for teams and headless runs.
claude mcp add --transport http paidsync https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcpStart a session, type /mcp, pick paidsync, and sign in with your PaidSync login in the browser window that opens. Claude Code stores the OAuth token for you. No key is pasted anywhere. Then ask it to connect your Snapchat Ads, as in step 3.
list_snapchat_accounts, then set_active_snapchat_account, and every Snapchat request after that goes to the account you picked. Switching uses none of your tasks.paidsync_context. It returns your connected platforms and the full tool list, Snapchat included, and Claude then runs those tools through paidsync_exec. If PaidSync is missing from Claude altogether, check that it shows as connected under Customize, then Connectors.Add PaidSync from Claude's connector directory, or in Claude open Customize, then Connectors, search PaidSync and click Connect. Sign in to PaidSync and press Approve, then ask Claude to connect your Snapchat Ads and sign in on Snapchat's own page. No API key is needed. Full steps are above.
Your organizations, ad accounts, campaigns, ad squads and ads, plus campaign performance: impressions, swipes, spend, video views and purchases, as a total, by day or by hour. Performance is reported per campaign, not per ad squad or ad.
Yes, on campaigns that already run. Through PaidSync, Claude can pause and enable campaigns, change a campaign's daily budget or lifetime spend cap, and change an ad squad's status, bid, budget and name. Budget, bid and setting changes preview as a dry run by default.
No. PaidSync does not create campaigns, ad squads or ads on Snapchat, and it does not upload creative. Build new campaigns in Snapchat Ads Manager, then manage and report on them from Claude.
Yes. Snap launched the Snapchat Ads MCP Server on 3 August 2026. Its current release is read-only, and Snap says write access is planned for a future release (checked 30 Sep 2026). PaidSync's 15 Snapchat tools read and also change existing campaigns and ad squads.
Free for 15 tasks with no credit card. Pro is from $99 a month for 600 tasks, Team is from $249 a month for 5 seats and 6,000 tasks, and Done For You is custom.
Yes. Add the PaidSync app in ChatGPT and sign in with the same PaidSync login, and your connected Snapchat Ads account is there too. The same endpoint also works in Claude Code, Cursor and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
