To connect Snapchat Ads to Gemini, add PaidSync from Gemini's connector directory, sign in with OAuth, and ask Gemini to connect your Snapchat Ads account. PaidSync is the pick because it acts as well as reads. Its 15 Snapchat Ads tools report on your campaigns and pause, enable and change budgets and settings on existing campaigns and ad squads, while Snap's own Snapchat Ads MCP Server is read-only in its current release (checked 30 Sep 2026). PaidSync does not create new Snapchat campaigns.
Setup time: 2 minutes. Free for 15 tasks, no credit card required. One endpoint, https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcp, carries 630+ tools across 14 platforms.
PaidSync joins Gemini as a custom app, or through Gemini CLI, Antigravity or Gemini Enterprise. No API key is needed, because Gemini connects with a PaidSync sign-in (OAuth).
Before you start
Gemini app, personal account. Open gemini.google.com, go to Settings, then Connected Apps (if you do not see it, open Personal Intelligence first), and under Custom apps choose Add a custom app. Paste the PaidSync server URL and click Next. PaidSync registers itself, so there is no API key to copy and nothing to fill in under Advanced features.
https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcpAdd it on the web once and it works in the Gemini mobile app too. Google limits custom apps to personal Google accounts, age 18 and over, in the US, in English, with Keep Activity turned on. A work or school account cannot add them, so use Gemini Enterprise below instead.
Gemini CLI. Run the command, then type /mcp auth paidsync and sign in with your PaidSync login. Google replaced Gemini CLI with Antigravity CLI for unpaid-tier and Google One users on 18 June 2026, so those accounts use Antigravity below.
gemini mcp add --transport http paidsync https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcpGemini Code Assist agent mode in VS Code reads the same settings file as Gemini CLI. Add this to ~/.gemini/settings.json:
{
"mcpServers": {
"paidsync": { "httpUrl": "https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcp" }
}
}Antigravity uses a different key. Open the agent panel menu, choose MCP Servers, then Manage MCP Servers and View raw config, or edit ~/.gemini/config/mcp_config.json, and add the server with serverUrl. Antigravity signs in by dynamic client registration on its own:
{
"mcpServers": {
"paidsync": { "serverUrl": "https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcp" }
}
}Gemini Enterprise, Business edition. A team admin adds PaidSync under Settings and help, then Manage team, then Connected apps, then Add MCP Server. PaidSync serves the Streamable HTTP transport Gemini requires and OAuth 2.0 at https://api.paidsync.ai/authorize and https://api.paidsync.ai/token. Email support@paidsync.ai for the client credentials that form asks for.
The PaidSync sign-in screen opens. Pick Continue with Google, or sign in with your PaidSync email and password. A PaidSync screen then asks whether to allow Gemini to manage your ad accounts via PaidSync. Press Approve and PaidSync is connected.
New to PaidSync and signing in with Google? Your free account (15 tasks, no credit card) is created when you press Approve. The screen also mentions ad accounts already connected inside PaidSync. On a new account that list is empty until you finish step 3.
In any chat, ask: "Connect my Snapchat Ads." Gemini replies with a link that opens Snapchat's own sign-in and consent screen. Log in with the Snapchat account that can open your ad accounts at business.snapchat.com, and allow access. PaidSync never sees your Snapchat password.
Come back and ask: "List my Snapchat ad accounts." Gemini uses list_snapchat_accounts to show every ad account your login can open, across organizations, and set_active_snapchat_account to pick the one you name. Connecting accounts and picking one uses none of your tasks. Then try: "Show me my Snapchat campaigns and their status." You can also connect Snapchat Ads from the PaidSync workspace instead. Both routes use the same PaidSync login, so Gemini sees the account either way.
PaidSync has 15 Snapchat Ads tools. They cover sign-in and account picking, reading, and managing campaigns that already run.
What PaidSync can do
What PaidSync cannot do
Budget, bid and setting changes preview as a dry run by default, and PaidSync reads each change back from Snapchat after it applies. In the PaidSync workspace, by default, every change is an approval card.
Each prompt runs on the PaidSync tools named after it and uses one or more of your tasks. Budget, bid and setting changes preview as a dry run by default.
list_snapchat_campaigns, which returns each campaign's ID, name, status and objective.list_snapchat_campaigns to find the campaign, then get_snapchat_performance by day.pause_snapchat_campaign. enable_snapchat_campaign turns it back on.update_snapchat_campaign_budget, which previews by default.list_snapchat_adsquads, then update_snapchat_adsquad, which previews by default.It changes what already runs. Snap's own Snapchat Ads MCP Server is read-only in its current release, and Snap says write access is planned for a future release (checked 30 Sep 2026). PaidSync's 15 Snapchat tools already pause and enable campaigns and change budgets, bids and settings on existing campaigns and ad squads.
Every change is checked. Update tools preview by default. After a change applies, PaidSync reads the campaign or ad squad back from Snapchat and reports any campaign budget, status, name or ad squad bid that did not land.
One connection, 14 platforms. Snapchat rarely runs alone. The same PaidSync sign-in covers 630+ tools across 14 platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, so Gemini can put Snapchat next to Meta or TikTok in one chat.
Snap's own sign-in. PaidSync connects through Snap's OAuth screen with the Marketing API scope, so it never sees your Snapchat password. PaidSync is a Google Partner, a TikTok API Platform Partner and runs a Meta-approved app.
Each line below comes from the provider's own page, checked on 30 Sep 2026.
This guide is for the Gemini app. In Gemini CLI the same PaidSync connection is one command:
gemini mcp add --transport http paidsync https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcpStart a session, type /mcp auth paidsync, and sign in with your PaidSync login in the browser window that opens. Gemini CLI stores the OAuth token for you. No key is pasted anywhere. Google replaced Gemini CLI with Antigravity CLI for unpaid-tier and Google One users on 18 June 2026, so those accounts add PaidSync in Antigravity instead, as step 1 shows. Then connect your Snapchat Ads account as in step 3.
list_snapchat_accounts, then set_active_snapchat_account, and every Snapchat request after that goes to the account you picked. Switching uses none of your tasks.paidsync_context. It returns your connected platforms and the full tool list, Snapchat included, and Gemini then runs those tools through paidsync_exec. If PaidSync is missing from Gemini altogether, check that it is listed under Settings, then Connected Apps.In the Gemini app on a personal Google Account, open Settings, then Connected Apps, choose Add a custom app and paste https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcp. Gemini CLI, Antigravity and Gemini Enterprise take the same endpoint, and step 1 covers each. Sign in to PaidSync and press Approve, then ask Gemini to connect your Snapchat Ads account. No API key is needed. Full steps are above.
Your organizations, ad accounts, campaigns, ad squads and ads, plus campaign performance: impressions, swipes, spend, video views and purchases, as a total, by day or by hour. Performance is reported per campaign, not per ad squad or ad.
Yes, on campaigns that already run. Through PaidSync, Gemini can pause and enable campaigns, change a campaign's daily budget or lifetime spend cap, and change an ad squad's status, bid, budget and name. Budget, bid and setting changes preview as a dry run by default.
No. PaidSync does not create campaigns, ad squads or ads on Snapchat, and it does not upload creative. Build new campaigns in Snapchat Ads Manager, then manage and report on them from Gemini.
Yes. Snap launched the Snapchat Ads MCP Server on 3 August 2026. Its current release is read-only, and Snap says write access is planned for a future release (checked 30 Sep 2026). PaidSync's 15 Snapchat tools read and also change existing campaigns and ad squads.
Free for 15 tasks with no credit card. Pro is from $99 a month for 600 tasks, Team is from $249 a month for 5 seats and 6,000 tasks, and Done For You is custom.
Yes. PaidSync is one endpoint, https://mcp.paidsync.ai/mcp, with OAuth sign-in, and the same login works in Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot through Copilot Studio, Cursor and Windsurf. Set up PaidSync once and use it from any of them.
