What is Claude Duet?
Claude Duet is Anthropic's proactive agent, released as a research preview on October 21, 2026 (Anthropic's announcement). It runs on its own cloud computer, sends you a morning brief, checks your connected apps every few hours and messages you when something needs you. It runs on Claude Opus 5.5.
Who can use Claude Duet today?
Anthropic opened Duet by waitlist to Claude Pro and Max subscribers in the US, on iOS, Android and claude.ai. Team and Enterprise plans are not included yet, and Anthropic has not given dates for other countries.
Does PaidSync.ai work in Claude Duet?
Anthropic says Duet uses the memory, skills and connected apps from your Claude account. PaidSync.ai is a connector in Claude's directory, so once you add it in Claude it is part of the account Duet works from. Duet is a research preview, so if PaidSync.ai is not available in your Duet yet, it works in every regular Claude chat.
Will Claude Duet change my ads without asking?
Anthropic says Duet reads, drafts and prepares work on its own, and waits for your approval before it sends, pays, signs or deletes. PaidSync.ai adds its own checks: campaign creates and budget edits start as a preview, pauses and deletes need a confirmation, and new campaigns start paused. GA4, Merchant Center and most Tag Manager changes apply at once, so tell Duet to ask you before any change.
How often does Claude Duet check my ad accounts?
Anthropic says Duet checks your connected apps every few hours, that those checks count toward your plan's usage limits, and that it can miss something that arrives between check-ins. For hourly budget pacing, PaidSync.ai's own agents run in the PaidSync.ai workspace on schedules from hourly to monthly.
